White Lion Tea Website Redesign

White Lion Tea was in need of an existing website redesign to improve usability for their audience while improving their e-commerce strategy. To accomplish this, I first researched the client’s target audience demographics and interests as well as what their competition was doing.

persona

I first created a persona who was a fictional representation of someone in White Lion Tea’s target audience. After analyzing the usability of the current website, I took that persona on a journey map to illustrate his process of using the site while highlighting found opportunities for improvement.

The findings from my journey map led to my creation of a wireframe to restructure the website in a way which would be most suitable for the target audience.
